The MRBC Adult Choir performs regularly on Sunday mornings from September to May, with special performances during the Easter and Christmas seasons. Choir practice is typically held on Sunday evenings at 5:00 p.m. in the sanctuary choir loft. Practice time may change, depending on the week, and is indicated in the weekly church bulletin. All soprano, alto, tenor, and bass singers are invited to be a part of the Adult Choir!
Endless Praise, the MRBC Teen Choir, is designed for teens in grades 7-12. Practice is held in the Teen Room each Wednesday evening from 8:20 p.m. to 8:50 p.m. from September to May. All teens are encouraged to participate. Musical selections are often songs that most every Christian teenager is familiar with and may involve instrumental accompaniment by our teenagers, such as guitar, flute, or violin.
Each year, the teen choir performs two songs for Teens Involved, as well as other musical pieces to sing throughout the year. At various times, Endless Praise will join the Adult Choir and sing during Sunday worship services. For performances, teens are asked to dress in their Sunday best!
The Children’s Choir is specially designed for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade. They are in session from September to May and generally perform monthly in the Sunday evening service. Practice is held on Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m . The children meet in the auditorium for the Sunday evening service and are dismissed for practice. Following their practice, children will be escorted back to the sanctuary to sit with their parents before the end of the service. For performances, children are asked to dress in their Sunday best!
