This year’s SonSurf Vacation Bible School (VBS) featured beach-themed, Bible fun geared for preschool-aged children up through those entering 6th grade. Throughout this week, we had 192 regular attendees, 19 professions of faith, and 274 verses said by the kids. It was a great opportunity for the kids and spiritually profitable for our church!
VBS is a week-long summer event for children consisting of games, snacks, crafts, songs, Scripture memory, and intensive Bible training in an exciting, fun-filled atmosphere. VBS is generally held each year at Monclova Road Baptist Church, with a different theme each year.
