Purpose
Our goal is to provide a place for moms to have a MOMent to relax with friends, to reflect on life as a mom and to renew spiritually and mentally. MOMents is designed for mothers with children ages infacy through sixth grade.
Schedule
MOMents typically meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from September through May. There are also additional special events outside of meeting times.
We have a lot of great things happening in a very short meeting time, so our meetings will begin PROMTLY at 9:30 a.m. Our childcare drop off begins at
9:15 a.m. Please make every effort to be on time so you don’t miss out on the exciting things planned for this year! Our meetings will end at approximately 11:15 a.m. Download a 2012-2013 MOMents Flier.

What does it cost?
Nothing! The MOMents program is free. A childcare donation is requested but not required.
Where will my children be?
Separate rooms are provided to accommodate different age levels, with age-appropriate activities planned for each meeting. Your children will have a weekly lesson focusing on Biblical principles and values, as well as time to interact with each other and express themselves through play, music, and crafts.

MOMents is an outreach ministry open to every mom in the community! If you know an expectant mom or mother of elementary children who could use a lift, be sure to tell them about MOMents!
Cancellations
In case of inclement weather, we follow the Monclova Christian Academy school policy. There will be no meetings in case of school delays or cancellations. Please tune in to your local TV or radio station for appropriate school closing information.
