“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” – 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

We encourage each of our members to care for his body as the temple of God by offering health and fitness classes throughout the year.

In the fall and winter we utilize Bod4God, a faith-based weight-loss program developed by author and pastor, Steve Reynolds. Sessions usually run for a 13-week span and include book/DVD training, group discussion, and team challenges. In the summer, we encourage everyone to continue healthy living by hosting shorter sessions that may involve group exercise, book discussion, and DVD training. Those involved in Bod4God have found the accountability and encouragement to be key to their personal success!
