A Note from the Principal -
Mr. Neil Black
Monclova Christian Academy is a full scale, academic
program from grades K-12. Presently there are eighteen
people on our teaching staff and four administrative
positions. MCA is dedicated to providing an educational
program which upholds a standard of academic excellence
with its firm foundation based on God's Word. The classes
are taught in a traditional classroom setting where God is
always welcome. High standards have been a priority in
discipline and character building along with offering a
Christian-based curriculum from A Beka, Bob Jones, and
Everyday Math. MCA meets the Ohio regulations for a
non-charter, non profit school and is a member of the
Association of Christian Schools International. Each
member of our teaching staff has a four year degree and
many teachers have a Masters degree as well. The salary
is competitive with an allowance of sick time and personal
